3D Printing
At Tenet, we operate a dedicated additive manufacturing lab supporting the nuclear and energy sectors with rapid, precise, and cost-effective solutions.
Our facility includes multiple cutting-edge, large-format, multi-material printers with build volumes up to 320 × 320 × 400 mm.
Running 24/7, these systems deliver high-precision components (±0.02 mm accuracy) and enable the production of substantial single-piece parts or sectioned assemblies with rapid turnaround, keeping critical projects on schedule.
Materials: We can print with a wide range of advanced polymers, including (but not limited to): PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PA (Nylon), PC (Polycarbonate), TPU (flexible), and CFRP (carbon-fibre reinforced composites), as well as metal, and glass-fibre-reinforced materials for enhanced strength and temperature resistance. (Additional materials and processes available as we continue to grow our capability.)

Prototyping
Additive manufacturing lets us compress the design cycle, delivering fast, low-cost iterations that save time and money. This approach:
- Shortens design-to-production timelines
- Reduces rework and waste
- Improves quality and achieves right-first-time solutions
Scale Model Demonstration
Our scale models are powerful tools for communication and planning. They:
- Help explain complex systems to non-technical stakeholders
- Support layout, configuration, and HAZOP reviews
- Aid visualisation and training
- Assist in planning and communicating installation or maintenance procedures
Scan-to-print
Using 3D scanning, we can:
- Reproduce obsolete or bespoke components with complex geometry
- Achieve repeatable accuracy to ±0.02 mm
- Deliver parts faster than traditional manufacturing routes
- Reduce downtime and maintain critical infrastructure
