Welcome to Our 2026 Apprentices

Sustainable growth depends on developing future engineers as well as attracting experienced talent.

This September, we’ll have 15 degree apprentices progressing through Years 1 to 5 of their programmes, representing more than 10% of our workforce. That’s on top of the 4 recent graduates who have successfully completed our degree apprenticeship course.

In a first for Tenet, four of those apprentices are based in North Wales, following the nuclear degree pathway we established with Llangefni College and Bangor University, reflecting our commitment to developing engineering talent across both of our locations.

For us, apprenticeships help us to invest in the future of our business, supporting the next generation of engineers and ensuring the knowledge and experience within our teams continues to grow. Across the business, 100% of our apprentices have continued their careers with Tenet once completing their training, speaking volumes.

Our growth has always been built around people, and that includes creating opportunities for those at the very beginning of their careers.
