Craig Rogers

30 years’ experience in the UK Nuclear industry, both client side and supply chain covering engineering and major projects delivery, construction and business management. As Senior PM for the delivery of one of Sellafield’s major processing and storage plants Craig has experience of full project lifecycle delivery through construction and commissioning.

As Head of Projects for Sellafield Ltd, Craig was accountable for the establishment of a new engineering and projects team covering IC and DA capabilities to develop and deliver the sites £500M CapEx programme.

Kate McDermott

A strong, experienced PMI certified Project Management Professional PMP and a full member of the Association for Project Management MAPM. Over 15 years’ experience in project management, team leadership and development and commercial and account management. Career history includes roles within the UK nuclear industry and FMCG Retail with clients such as Samsung, Boots and Asda.

Kate is highly focused on project delivery and proficient in developing and implementing organisational process and procedure. She is commercially and operationally astute and able to work across functional divisions to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving the project outcome.

Andrew Birchall

Andrew is a highly experienced programme / project manager with a track record within the nuclear and pharmaceutical industry in the UK and Europe. He is an enthusiastic individual who enjoys challenge and actively seeks to enhance standards and develop the business.

He has led internal delivery teams and principal contractors in the major project arena and was prominent in the establishment of a major projects delivery organisation for projects on the Sellafield Capenhurst site.

Andrews strong project management experience has been utilised in leading several high profile independent reviews of major nuclear projects and is currently leading the programme and project assurance on a nuclear licensed site.

Paul Williams

Paul originally started his career on the tools and worked his way through the ranks experiencing hands on construction and commissioning of Major Projects.

His early career was focussed within the Power industry but has spent the last 15+ years directing & managing nuclear Programmes and Projects for both Client & Contractor
