Inspiring future engineers
Why engineering? Engineering offers endless opportunities to innovate, solve problems, and make a tangible impact on the world.
Engaging with schools
We believe in inspiring the next generation of engineers and problem-solvers. As part of our commitment to education, Tenet engages with local schools and educational institutions to foster an interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) subjects.
Our team members regularly participate in outreach programs, visiting local schools to deliver talks, workshops, and career guidance, helping students understand the exciting opportunities that a career in engineering can offer.
Tenet’s partnerships with schools also include providing mentoring and supporting STEM competitions to further ignite curiosity and passion for the field. Through these efforts, we aim to build lasting relationships with schools, creating opportunities that inspire, educate, and shape the future of engineering talent.

Our apprenticeships are award winning
At Tenet, our IET-accredited degree apprenticeship scheme offers the best of both education and practical experience. Apprentices receive one-on-one mentoring from experienced engineers while working on live projects, gaining valuable exposure across mechanical, electrical, and control systems design.
The programme, delivered in partnership with Wigan and Leigh College, combines academic study with hands-on training in our Warrington and North Wales offices. Apprentices are prepared for long-term career progression, with opportunities to move into senior technical roles after completing the scheme.

The most rewarding part of my apprenticeship has been supporting a project from commissioning into operations. The experience and knowledge I’ve gained at Tenet is unique – I know other apprentices from other organisations in my year haven’t had the same opportunities.
